WHY DO MY ORDER COMING FROM CHINA ?
Orders:
1. Orders Placement
Here are the necessary steps:
1. Choose your sizing and color.
2. Click “Add to my cart”.
3. Simply check your cart out on the cart icon on the right upper conner of your device.
4. Everything will be straight forward from there such as: Contact Information/ Payment.
5. Emails and SMS(s) will be sent as a confirmation to your order
6. We will then prepare and ship your purchase ASAP

2. How can i check my order ?
Please refer to the page Track my Order on our site and enter the Tracking Number which will be sent to you later on.
Please note that it can sometimes take up to 10 business days for your tracking information to start updating after your order has been shipped. Please don’t be alarmed, your order is on its way!
3. I think my order is lost !
Shipping & Returns:
1. Order processing time.
Processing time 2-4 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays)
Since you have successfully paid for the order.
2. Shipping time.
Delivery time 9-20 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) for normal shipping.
Delivery time 7-15 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) for express shipping.
3. Refund time.
If you request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order, the order will be refunded in 1-3 days depending on your payment method.
4. Return time.
Since you receive the order you can refund within 15 days.
5. Conditions for Refunds and Exchanges.
We only accept returns for the following orders: incorrect size, color, product, product defect, tear, material not as described with conditions, product must be intact, including packaging , box , label and unused .
